New Musical To Open, West End Star Set To Shine

Rumors have been confirmed that West End superstar, Victoria Valhoon, is set to star in a new original musical, Hit The Sky, this coming season. Valhoon, the stage performer whose career has spanned three legendary decades, is delighted to be returning to the London stage. "I'm absolutely thrilled," she said, speaking exclusively to the Morning Herald. "Broadway is fine, if that's your cup of tea, but my heart has always been in the West End stage. We make the finest theatre in the world here - and really, what am I if not one of its finest performers?"

When asked about her previous adventures onto the Broadway stage, Miss Valhoon kindly declined to answer. "Broadway and I are two very different worlds; in a way, it's very small, and the calibre of my talent is very, very large."

The show, produced by Broadway big-shot, Lyle Lawson, and penned by "it" boy, Terrance Turtleson, is to be performed at the Theatre Royal in August. As to why these two Yankees have made the sojourn across the pond for their latest theatrical efforts remains a mystery - one which the Herald is keen to discover...
